CYPE is a research intensive SME with more than 30 years of experience in the construction domain which it will bring in into the project. Thanks to the thousands of clients and hundreds of thousands of consultations to the technical department, experience in the application of the different codes has been acquired
CYPE has its headquarters in Alicante (Spain). The company's products are designated to architecture, project engineering and construction professionals, giving support in the areas of design, development of civil works and technical facilities by means of numerous informatics solutions for the dimensioning and generation of the various items which make up a technical project. They have programs for structures calculation, both concrete and metallic; generators of building services; construction prices; business management of the execution and legalization of works; calculation and design of urban infrastructure.
CYPE has developed and implemented the thermal standard for buildings in countries such as Spain, Portugal, Italy, and France. In addition, it has developed the connection with EnergyPlus (a whole building energy simulation program that engineers, architects, and researchers use to model energy and water use in buildings). Official software is also developed for a Morocco.
CYPE brings in extensive knowledge in the construction database for the project. It has developed a multiparametric database with all the documents a project requires (thermal, acoustic, safety and security, life cycle analysis, waste management, maintenance, etc.), optimizing time and improving the quality of the project.
CYPE has a great interoperability with other software thanks to the generation of interchange files such as dxf or IFC, which allow to communicate with reference programs within BIM technology.
The experienced growth since its creation and the following of a firm policy of R+D+i has allowed it to expand the market exporting its products since 1990 to many countries worldwide.
